When using our forms, we collect the following data:

— Reservation form: first name, last name, email, phone, night type, date, number of guests, optional message.

— Private hire form: first name, last name, email, phone, event type, date, number of guests, optional message.

— Job application form: first name, last name, email, phone, desired position, cover letter.

No sensitive data (bank card, health information, etc.) is collected via these forms.

— PURPOSE OF PROCESSING —

The data collected is used exclusively to:

— Process your reservation and private hire requests.

— Review and respond to job applications.

— Contact you in connection with your request.

Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

— RETENTION PERIOD —

Reservations: data retained for 12 months after your last request.

Applications: data retained for 6 months after receipt, then deleted unless recruitment proceeds.

After these periods, your data is deleted from our systems.

— LEGAL BASIS —

The processing of your data is based on your explicit consent, given when submitting the form (mandatory checkbox).

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
